Drill 12 holes, centered and evenly spaced around the diameter of the bead, to the center of the bead.
Drill 4 pairs of holes (8 total), between every 3rd set of original holes (see black dots on diagram 2). Drill all holes straight to the center of the bead.
Add a final set of 8 holes, at approximately a 105° angle (15° off of 90°). Drill to center of bead as shown in diagram 3.

Put a 6mm SiamAB2x bead on a head pin. Trim head pin to approximately 12mm total length (so it fits almost to the bead's center hole). Test to make sure it is the right length before applying glue to head pin. Apply a small amount of glue. Insert this head pin into one of the white holes in diagram 4.
Repeat 3 times, so that four 6mm beads are spaced evenly around the bead.
If necessary wait for glue to dry, and sand off excess glue.
Put a 4mm SiamAB2x bead on a head pin. Trim head pin to approximately 10mm total length. Test length, then glue into one of circles marked in gray in diagram 4).
Repeat 7 times.
Repeat with the Blue Zircon beads, and the remaining head pins.
Wait a few minutes, then test all the head pins to make sure they are securely glued in. If any come out... glue them in again!
