Glass Spacer & Disk Beads

Need a little something extra in your strung or woven design?

• 3mm MIYUKI glass spacer beads from Japan are similar to a size 8 Miyuki seed bead, but skinnier. They resemble heishi beads or tiny rings, and nestle nicely between 3mm and larger round beads. Compared to their petite sizes, they have a large hole (approx. 1.3mm), perfect for large cord or multiple strands of beading thread.
• Czech glass O beads are beautiful miniature ring beads. They're 1mm thick with a 3.8mm diameter and a large hole (1.5mm).
• Czech glass disk beads are classic spacers. Stack them on earrings, or use as pattern accents in necklaces and bracelets.

These spacers are also excellent in bead embroidery, or as design elements in bead weaving. Choose from basic colors and shimmering iridescent finishes for your beading and stringing. Depending on the angle and color, sometimes these look like glass beads, and sometimes like a rounded metal heishi bead.
