Flex-Shaft System & Accessories

The Flex-Shaft System from EURO TOOL is a power rotary tool for cleaning, polishing, sanding, drilling and more. No jeweler's bench is complete without it! This flex shaft tool includes a 1/10hp motor, #30 style hand piece, foot control, flex shaft/sheath and chuck key. It's compatible with several accessories for metal working and metal clay, plus most jump ring systems. All flex-shaft attachments we carry feature 3/32" (2.35mm) shanks which means they also work with Dremel tools. Accessories include brushes, buffers, burs, drills, mandrels, texturing wheels, grinding points, polishing points, and sanding disks.

Recommended grits / sizes of radial bristle disks for various applications:

• 80 grit / Yellow: Fire scale removal
• 120 grit / White: Light cleaning and oxide removal
• 220 grit / Red: Light cleaning and oxide removal
• 400 grit / Blue: Blending and semi-finishing
• Pumice/ Pink: Semi-finishing and pre-polishing
• 6 micron / Peach: Polishing
• 1 micron / Light Green: Polishing
