Most orders leave our warehouse the same day you order. No hidden handling fees!

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order. When you receive your order confirmation, always double-check your shipping address and reply to your order confirmation ASAP if anything is incorrect or incomplete. Sometimes PayPal, or your auto-fill settings, may supply an old address that you didn't intend to use -- our insurance does not cover orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Exceptions:
- If you mark your address as a commercial zone, but UPS and FedEx consider it a residential zone, you may be charged more.
- If you ship items marked with a Dimensional Weight (DW) warning using an expedited service there may be additional charges.
- We split heavy orders into separate packages, for your safety and ours.

Shipping Time varies depending on the shipping method you choose and how far away the destination is from Idaho. Refer to USPS, UPS, or FedEx for time estimates. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
- The day a package leaves the warehouse does not count as a shipping day.
- Orders leave our warehouse Monday through Friday.
- For most shipping options, only non-holiday weekdays count as shipping days.

PO Boxes: Yes, most orders can ship to a PO Box!
- All orders going to a PO Box will ship via USPS.
- Hazardous items cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
