In order to keep the clasps dark, we recommend coating them with a spray lacquer sealer before wear. When passing through Delica beads multiple times, thermally bonded thread such as 0.006" Fireline or Wildfire is suggested (so you don't pierce your thread). Some beaders prefer the slight stretch of Size D Nymo or S-Lon, or Size E or F silk thread. Many people prefer the flexibility of big-eye needles, as it's easier to wiggle a slightly flexible needle through the beads. Other people prefer the strength of beading needles.
