Description
- Raw brass is unplated, and is not as shiny as most plated finishes.
- To remove tarnish, use brass cleaner, a polishing cloth, or fine grit (1000 - 1500) sandpaper.
- To give a high polish to raw brass items, tumble-polish them with steel shot, water and a burnishing compound in a rock tumbler.
- To create an antiqued look on raw brass, apply an oxidizing solution.

Refining the bracelet edges
Hi Morgan, shortly after your product review we upgraded to a new website and, my apologies, it looks like we didn't answer (until now). The #4 and #2 flat files work great for refining the ends. We've added a link (and a free project) in the "Related Products" tab.
