Good strong magnet
These choker cables with magnetic clasps work really well - the magnet is strong enough to hold a pretty sizable bead. I also like them because you can wrap them with wire for a quick, different look.

Perfect Pendant Display
When you have a great bead, or pendant and you don't have the time to string it on a whole necklace, these steel cables are dynamite! I prefer the ones that have the magnetic closure since they are really easy to put on and off (don't wear if you have a pacemaker), and the housing is smaller allowing more things to be strung. I have them in black and silver.
