Description
- Magnetic nickel-free clasp is surprisingly strong!
- All chokers are finished with a smooth, clear plastic coating.
- Sleek classic design makes these great for showing off handmade beads and pendants.
- Use Heavy-duty flush cutters to shorten (if desired) before adding beads and gluing end.
- This unfinished style allows you to add beads with a 1mm (or larger) hole before gluing. Beads with a hole up to 2.7mm will remain securely on the choker once the clasp is glued.
How to finish these Cables...
- Assemble beads on choker cable.
- To cut cable shorter (optional), use heavy-duty flush cutters (like #69-057).
- Remove smaller magnet end from larger end:
-
- insert free end of cable
- bend free end slightly
- while maintaining downward pressure, pull to remove magnet
- Apply glue to free end. We recommend a strong 2-part epoxy (such as #60-230) or strong superglue such as Loctite.
- Attach magnet end to cable. All the full cure time per adhesive instructions.

Love, love, LOVE these!
I absolutely adore these choker cables. Pop a pretty bead on one, trim to size, and glue the end to the unfinished cable, and you have a quick and easy necklace. Everyone should have some of these in their stash.
