What size tubing and tools, for tube-setting stones?
Use tubing that has an outer diameter 0.5mm wider than your stone. If cutting your own tubing, use a stone-setting bur the same diameter as your stone to bur out a space to set the stone. Check the fit (using wax so you can pull the stone back out), then set the stone using a punch the same size, or slightly wider, than the outer diameter of your tubing.
