The fish eye effect is there. Shadow boxes are for larger items.

Good for only certain mediums
Best for very flat objects, paper, resin. Would not use as locket or to hold any keepsakes. Great magnification.

Covetable!
I have been eyeing these since I first saw them posted on the Rings & Things store. Finally ordered them last week and they are even better in person! They are a great size, have a very sturdy locking clasp and the glass reminds me of vintage window glass
