20mm Bezel Cup
I had been searching for a while to find a bezel for one of my most popular products as the one I had been using from another company was discontinued. Then I came across the Rings n Things site, I located a bezel that I thought might work, do I got on chat to ask a few questions. I believe the person I chatted with was Anne. She was EXTREMELY helpful, answered several questions, and even sent me some free samples to try before I ordered! After getting the sample I could tell that this would in fact be a suitable replacement, and placed my order. I have already sold several of my products made with the new bezels, and my customers LOVE them! Somehow the are both lighter weight, and heavier duty than the old ones.
