    Substantial size

    I've found it difficult to locate crimp beads this large (for heavier necklaces). This isn't the colour I wanted, but I can still use them and enclose/hide them in a brass, copper or silver coloured crimp cover as needed.

Just conceal it with a crimp cover! You'll get a great looking bead every time and can focus on making crimps that hold instead of just crimps that look nice.
